To dilute the excessive hotness of the chilli pepper, the same amount of sweet friggitello is used. The result is a mince that, in addition to its strong spiciness, releases a pleasant flavour and aroma.
Ingredients are acidified in wine vinegar, then flavoured, chopped and blended in extra virgin olive oil.
All ingredients are produced, processed and packaged on the farm.
